Refund policy

General Returns 

Please note that you have the right to Return your order within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date. In order to return your item, please contact us at skylandersvault@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to ship the parcel back to us. Please do not ship the parcel to us without reaching out via email as it is likely your return will not be accepted. Please note that you may have to pay for the return postage, which will be deducted from your refund.

Item condition

Please note that Skylanders is a discontinued game, and most of our products are now over 10 years old. As these items are typically sourced from families parting with their collections, some items may show minor signs of wear such as small scratches, dents, or chips. However, every Skylander we sell is carefully tested to ensure it functions properly in-game, and we only list items that are structurally intact with no broken or missing parts unless otherwise stated. We also exclude figures with significant damage, heavy scratches, or bad marks from our inventory. If you would like further details about the condition of a specific figure, please contact us.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items 

Please let us know as soon as you have received items that are broken or non-functional. Send us photos of all the items you received and of the packaging inside and out.  We will try our absolute best to resolve the problem and issue a refund where possible, but you may be required to send the order back. Please note that we will not be able to accept liability for items that have light scratches, minor faded paint, chips or discoloration as stated in our condition policy. Non-Refundable Items 

There are some items that we will not be able to offer returns for, this includes mystery boxes. This is to avoid customers returning cheaper items and aiming to get more valuable ones, meaning other customers loose out. For all products where we are not able to offer returns, it will be clearly stated in the item description. Again, please get in touch if you have any questions. 

Refunds 

For general returns, we aim to review the items and issue the refund within 3 days. But please note that this will not always be possible. We will let you know as soon as we have confirmed we are happy to refund the item, if you do not here from us within 7 days of the parcel arriving, please get in touch. For items that are damaged, missing or incorrect, the return process may take longer as we investigate into what happend. However, we will try our best to keep you updated consistently and resolve the situation with haste.
