Shipping policy
General (UK)
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. The majority of orders will be shipped using the royal mail tracked 48 service, which includes tracking and a photo as proof of delivery. Royal mail will send you the link as soon as the parcel has been shipped and keep you updated consistently. If we send you an email saying your order has been shipped, and you haven't received a tracking link from royal mail, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Orders over £150 (UK)
For compensation purposes, all orders over £150 will be shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which includes a signature required and tracking. Please note if you are not in to receive the order then you are able to rearrange delivery online or pick up the item at a shop. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us promptly at skylandersvault@gmail.com. We reserve the right to charge for Special Guaranteed Delivery for high-value items, so as to avoid significant loss.
Safe Places (UK)
We strongly advise that, when you receive your tracking email, you choose an adequate safe space through royal mail. If you don't, it is more possible that your package will be stolen and will therefore complicate your whole order. Please let us know if you have received a "Order dispatched" email from us, but no email from Royal Mail.
Damaged or lost items (UK)
Please let us know as soon as possible if you feel as though your whole package has been damaged in transit, or if the parcel is showing as delivered, but you have not received it. Our shipping policies should mean that your order is completely covered, and therefore we should be able to issue a refund as soon as we confirm the carrier is to blame. For compensation purposes, we do not allow orders over £750.
ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
All our international orders are also shipped with royal mail. For orders under £250, you will pay £9.99 and for orders over £250 you will pay £19.99. Please note that import fees/taxes may apply for orders to the EU. Please check online for your specific country, but it is possible that you may be charged 20% VAT on your order. Please refer to our other policies if your items are lost/damaged in transit/non-functional or get in touch.
